TERMS OF USE

1.1. The Agreement
Welcome to Frontier (accessible at https://frontier.ee). These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Frontier.ee ("we," "us," "Frontier") and the legal entity ("Client," "User," "you") registering for or using our services.

1.2. B2B Service Only
Our Services are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B). By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are acting in the course of your economic or professional activity (e.g., as a real estate agent, valuer, or asset manager) and not as a consumer.

1.3. Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, or using the Site and our AI Agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

2.1. AI Agents
Frontier provides a platform of autonomous "AI Agents" designed to automate workflows involving public data queries, document drafting, and data synthesis (the "Services"). This includes, but is not limited to, drafting valuation acts, analyzing real estate advertisements, and querying the Land Register (Kinnistusraamat) or Building Registry (EHR).

2.2. Service "As Is"
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of "hallucinations" (inaccurate AI outputs).

3.1. Account Creation
To use the Services, you must register an account using a valid business email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

4.2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Estonian or EU laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of our AI Agents.
• Use the Services to scrape data automatically without using our paid API/Agent endpoints.
• Resell the direct access to our Agents to third parties (creating a competing "wrapper" service) without our written consent.
• Input sensitive personal data (special categories under GDPR) into the AI Agents unless strictly necessary and legally justified.

5.1. Professional Verification Required
THE OUTPUTS GENERATED BY OUR AI AGENTS (INCLUDING VALUATION DRAFTS, ADVERTISEMENT ANALYSES, AND LEGAL SUMMARIES) ARE DRAFTS ONLY.

Frontier is a software tool, not a licensed real estate valuer, lawyer, or government official. You acknowledge that AI models can make errors. You act as the "human in the loop" and are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI outputs before using them in official documents, transactions, or submitting them to third parties.

5.2. Public Registry Data
Our Agents retrieve data from third-party public registries (e.g., Maa-amet, EHR). We do not control these registries. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in the source data provided by these registries.
• Service interruptions or downtime of the public registries (Maa-amet, Kinnistusraamat, etc.).

5.3. EVS 875 Standards
Where Agents assist in creating valuation reports (e.g., EVS 875 standard), they assist only with data collection and formatting. The mandatory physical inspection and the final value judgment remain the strict responsibility of the certified valuer using the tool.

6.1. Pricing
Services are billed on a "pay-per-action" basis or via subscription, as displayed on our Pricing Page or Dashboard. Prices include applicable taxes and statutory fees where explicitly stated.

6.2. "Pay for Success" Model
For specific Agents (as indicated on the site), fees are charged only when the Agent successfully delivers a result (e.g., retrieves a document or generates a report). If the Agent fails due to a system error on our end, no fee is charged.

6.3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Montonio). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6.4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate costs incurred (including API costs and registry fees paid on your behalf), all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical failure where a fee was charged but no service was delivered.

7.1. Our IP
Frontier, its code, design, logos, and AI workflows are the intellectual property of Frontier.ee.

7.2. Your Output
Subject to your payment of fees, you own the specific reports, documents, and data compilations generated by the Agents for your account ("Output"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process this Output solely to provide the Service and improve our AI models (in an anonymized format).

8.1. Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, the total liability of Frontier (and its directors, employees, and partners) for any claims arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2. Exclusion of Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services;
• Errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated content;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
